Are your products custom made?
Yes. Every product is custom manufactured specifically for your project using the artwork, dimensions, materials, and specifications you approve. Because each order is made to your unique requirements, all sales are considered custom and cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of an approved manufacturing defect.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Changes can be made before production begins. Once artwork has been approved and production has started, modifications or cancellations may not be possible and additional charges may apply. Please review all artwork, dimensions, colors, and specifications carefully before providing final approval.
How long will my order take?
Production times vary depending on the product, quantity, complexity, and current production schedule. Estimated shipping dates are provided as a guideline but are not guaranteed. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss available options.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping costs are based on the size, weight, destination, and current carrier rates at the time of shipment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery. Additional charges may apply for returned or undeliverable shipments.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. Any shipping damage, shortages, or manufacturing defects must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt. Photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label may be required to process your claim. Approved claims may be resolved through repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Do your products include a warranty?
Yes. Our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, vandalism, weather-related damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by third parties.
